Certified Health Coach and Occupational Therapist. Founder and managing director of CJ RICCIARDI LLC. As a wife and mother of three boys, she decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of working with adults and children to improve their health and well being.
Crystal received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and additional accreditation from Purchase College, State University of New York. Crystal leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to all ages.
She received her Bachelor's Degree in Sports Physiology from Biola University in La Mirada, CA and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. She has worked as an OT for over 17 years and has seen how food choices and exercise can change behavior, mood, and brain health.

Research industries to find purchase patterns and emerging trends to recommend changes for their organization. Access potential clients and provide development support, as well as act as a facilitator between practitioners and clients.
I help implement growth strategies, participate in business meetings, and recommend changes to existing business practices to increase exposure and revenue.
